The typical symptoms of a dengue fever are high fever, headaches, vomiting and so on; a severe dengue sees more brutal syndromes.

Experts suggest that early detection of dengue is very crucial, it usually takes around a fortnight for the disease to settle in and show symptoms, however if it is suspected treatment shouldn't be delayed.
