By February 2025, Teddi was hospitalized after experiencing what she described as "severe and debilitating headaches" for several weeks that became "unbearable.

Teddi has undergone more than 20 surgeries throughout her treatment, following her craniotomy, with targeted radiation for remaining brain tumors and immunotherapy.
