Nissan Unveils the Max-Out: A Futuristic Retro All-Electric Convertible
Nissan unveiled the Max-Out concept car, a stylish and futuristic electric convertible, at its Global Headquarters in Yokohama.
The Max-Out features a unique design that blends Nissan's design scheme with a retro 80s vibe.
The interior of the Max-Out is packed with innovative features, including a steering yoke with an illuminated top, lounge-like seats, and a large infotainment screen.
The car is designed to provide stability and comfort, with "dynamic cornering and steering response," and uses Nissan's e-4ORCE dual-motor all-wheel-drive system.
While there are no plans to put the Max-Out into production, it gives us a glimpse of what's to come from Nissan's future lineup.
The Max-Out is part of a series of concept electric cars showcased by Nissan at the Nissan Futures event, aimed at exhibiting the company's ambitions for sustainability.
Nissan aims to have 15 electric models by 2030, following the success of its iconic Leaf electric car.
While the Max-Out is now in physical form, no details have been provided on whether it or any of the other concepts will ever reach production.
The Nissan Futures event, showcasing the future of sustainable mobility and innovative design, will run from February 4 to March 1, 2023, at Nissan's Global Headquarters Gallery.
