Linear Shift Control will emulate gear changes to amplify the driving engagement without the need for sacrificing hybrid efficiency.

Honda's electrification roadmap calls for 100 percent electric and fuel-cell vehicles by 2040; meanwhile, hybrids now exceed more than 25 percent of its U.S. sales.

Lightweight engineering cuts 90 kilograms from the Prelude, enhancing efficiency and performance.

North America-based production means the Prelude will meet Honda's domestic manufacturing objectives, with more than 99% of its U.S. vehicles built locally in 2023.
