Volvo is introducing five new cars in 2025, including an electric sedan to challenge Tesla. This news follows Volvo’s best-ever sales year in 2024 when it sold 763,389 cars worldwide. The new ES90 electric sedan aims to take on Tesla’s Model S. It will use the same SPA2 platform as their EX90 electric SUV and come with advanced safety features including roof-mounted Lidar sensors for enhanced driving safety.
