Tim Burchett, the Congressman, believes that the U.S. government has  recovered a UFO and is in the midst of reverse-engineering its  technology, but also admits that the government does not fully understand how  it functions. Previously, the Pentagon confirmed that in February, one of the four  objects shot down over North America was a Chinese surveillance  balloon.
