The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has ordered the recall of several confectionery items, including pretzels, cookies, and snack mixes, manufactured by Palmer Candy Company, based in Iowa. The FDA classified this recall as a Class I, which means that consumption or exposure to this product can cause severe health damage or even death. This product poses a life-threatening risk to all who consume it, especially young children, elderly and the one with a weaker immune system.
