Lucas Woodley’s Research Journey  Lucas Woodley ’23 from Harvard began his journey by questioning the effectiveness of tax credits in reducing carbon emissions from electric vehicles (EVs). “We know EVs deliver environmental advantages under the right conditions, but what exactly are those conditions?” Woodley pondered.
