Cathay Pacific and Singapore Airlines(SIA) have come together to accelerate decarbonization in the Asia-Pacific aviation sector. They signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on 5th June, during the recent IATA (International Air Transport Association) General Assembly held in Dubai from June 2nd to 4th. The CEOs of both Asian carriers, Ronald Lam for Cathay Pacific and Goh Choon Phong for SIA, formalized the partnership. To achieve this, the two carriers aim to focus on two main areas.
