Their purpose is to help clean oceans full of trash and rubbish, and help improve ocean health. They are based out of the United KIngdom, Spain and Sweden. It is led by master brewer Fernando Escribano.

The Ocean Born Foundation is a grant giving organization whose ultimate goal is to create new, sustainable streams of income against climate change by focusing on ocean health. Ocean beer exists to restore and protect the ocean, donating 100% of all profits to this cause.
The Ocean Beer, previously Surf Brewing, was founded by three passionate surfers. Global warming, ocean acidification and plastic pollution were concerning to them. So they launched an award-winning beer. All profits went to cleaning the beaches in Portugal and in Europe.
