A serious food safety alert has emerged as McGees recalls its Steak Burgers from Asda stores across Northern Ireland after discovering three major allergens missing from product labels. The affected burgers contain soya, sulphites, and wheat (gluten) – ingredients that can trigger severe allergic reactions in sensitive individuals. The recall covers 420g packs of McGees Steak Burgers with use-by dates of February 14 and February 16, 2025.
