A food safety alert is affecting families across three Midwestern states. Jack and the Green Sprouts, Inc. is recalling its 5-ounce alfalfa sprout packages. State testing in Minnesota found Listeria bacteria in these products. The sprouts expired on January 29, 2025. The recall affects products sold in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Iowa.
