The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) has announced a recall of approximately 1,152 pounds of frozen, dried Siluriformes fish products imported from Vietnam. The recall was issued on February 25, 2025, after routine surveillance activities identified that the products were produced by an establishment not eligible to export to the United States. C&T Produce Wholesale Inc., doing business as L&V Food Supply in Houston, Texas, is recalling peppered dried catfish products that were not presented for mandatory import reinspection upon arrival in the country.
